It carries out research to improve the biological activity of natural products, newly synthesized compounds and their derivatives with different side groups by chemoinformatics methods. The aim of the working group is to change the effect profile of molecules by manipulating their chemical structure and to increase their existing efficacy. These studies aim to bring innovative approaches to modern drug development processes and to reveal more effective treatment strategies.
