Üsküdar University has completed another important stage in its journey of quality assurance and sustainable institutional development. Within the scope of the Institutional Accreditation Program (KAP) conducted by the Higher Education Quality Council (YÖKAK), a comprehensive evaluation process was successfully completed at the university.

The YÖKAK evaluation team carried out meticulous assessments across a wide range of areas, from education and training processes to research and development activities, from social contribution efforts to governance and quality assurance mechanisms. During the visit, meetings were held with academic and administrative units, feedback was received from students and stakeholders, and the progress made toward the university’s strategic goals was evaluated on site.

With the Institutional External Evaluation conducted in 2018, an important threshold was reached in the institutional development process, and the progress in areas of improvement was monitored by YÖKAK through the Monitoring Program carried out in 2021. The KAP evaluation completed this year was recorded as a critical step that further deepens the university’s quality assurance culture.

By continuing its efforts to raise quality standards in higher education with determination, Üsküdar University aims to carry its student-centered approach, vision of academic excellence, and mission of creating value for society into the future.
