The Rector of Chicago East-West University visited Üsküdar University

East-West University President Prof. Mohammad Wasiullah Khan and Prof. Abdullah Al-Ahsan Visited Üsküdar University. Rector of East-West University Prof. Mohammad Wasiullah Khan and Prof. Abdullah Al-Ahsan visited Üsküdar University. The visiting delegation met with Üsküdar University Rector Prof. Nazife Güngör and Üsküdar University academicians.

A memorandum of understanding (MOU) had previously been signed between the two universities to support joint research initiatives between the United States and Türkiye. During the visit, discussions focused on potential areas for collaboration, including working together on joint educational programs and diversifying cooperative efforts.

The meeting held in the Senate Hall at Üsküdar University Main Campus aimed to expand academic collaboration and promote intercultural exchange.

The meeting was attended by Üsküdar University President Prof. Nazife Güngör, Secretary General Selçuk Uysaler, Deputy Director of the Institute for Sufi Studies Asst. Prof. F. Cangüzel Güner Zülfikar, Board Member of the Risale-i Nur Research Platform (RINAP) Prof. Alparslan Açıkgenç, as well as staff from the Health, Culture and Sports Directorate and the International Relations Office.

President of Üsküdar University Prof. Nevzat Tarhan also briefly attended the meeting, in which information about Üsküdar University was shared, and potential collaborations were discussed.
