Student - Foreign Student
They must be in their last year of high school or have graduated:
Candidates
1) Foreign nationals,
2) Turkish citizenship by birth and permission to renounce Turkish citizenship from the Ministry of Interior
and their minor children who are registered in the certificate of renunciation of Turkish citizenship and who certify that they have a Certificate on the Exercise of Recognized Rights obtained in accordance with the Turkish Citizenship Law, (Article 7 of the Turkish Citizenship Law No. 5901 stipulates that "(1) A child born in wedlock to a Turkish citizen mother or father within or outside of Turkey is a Turkish citizen." and it is beneficial for the candidates who will apply for admission quotas from abroad to examine the Turkish Citizenship Law).
3) Foreign nationals who acquired Turkish citizenship with the citizenship acquired later / dual nationals in this situation,
4) Turkish nationals who completed their entire secondary education in a foreign country other than TRNC (including those who completed their entire secondary education in Turkish schools in a foreign country other than TRNC),
5) TRNC nationality; residing in TRNC and completing their secondary education in TRNC GCE
Those with AL exam results and those who attended colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005 and 2010
have or will have GCE, AL exam results by enrolling and studying,
can apply,
Candidates ;
1) Turkish nationals who completed their entire secondary education in Turkey or TRNC,
2) K.K.T.R. nationals (except for those who have completed their entire secondary education in K.K.T.R. high schools and have GCE AL results and those who have or will have GCE AL exam results by enrolling and studying in colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010),
3) Dual nationals whose first nationality by birth is TRNC as defined in subparagraph 2 of article a (except for those who completed their entire secondary education in a foreign country other than TRNC / those who completed their entire secondary education in Turkish schools in a foreign country other than TRNC),
4) Dual nationals, one of whose nationality is TRNC (except those who have completed their entire secondary education in TRNC high schools and have GCE AL results and those who have or will have GCE AL exam results by enrolling and studying in colleges and high schools in other countries between 2005-2010),
5) Turkish nationals studying in schools under the embassies in Turkey and foreign high schools in Turkey or dual nationals whose first nationality by birth is Turkish as defined in subparagraph 2 of article a,
cannot apply,
Selection and Evaluation Procedures
Selection is based on the scores obtained from the following exams.
a) Candidates with a total score of at least 1000 on the SAT I,
b) Candidates who score at least 21 points on the ACT (American College Testing) exam,
c) Candidates who have obtained an A Level Certificate from the GCE (General Certificate Education / A Level Certificate) exam (at least 2 subjects),
d) Candidates who have I.B. (International Baccalaureate) International Baccalaureate Diploma and have a diploma grade of at least 28 according to the department they will apply,
e) Candidates who score 80 points out of 100 and above in the Tawjihi exam in Jordan and Palestine in all courses in the science stream (Scientific Stream),
f) Candidates with at least 4 points in the Abitur (German Baccalaureate) exam,
g) Candidates with a French Baccalaureate diploma and a diploma grade of at least 12,
h) Candidates with a diploma grade of at least 14 in the scientific stream of the Baccalaureate Libanais (Baccalaureate Libanais) exam held in Lebanon,
ı) Al-Sahada-Al Tahanawiyya (Syrian Baccalaureate) candidates who score 180 points out of 240 for the Faculty of Engineering-Architecture departments and at least 170 points for other departments,
i) Applicants who score at least 480 out of 750 in the score type of the applied program in the university entrance exam (GAOKAO) held in the People's Republic of China,
j) Candidates who have received gold, silver and bronze medals in International Science Olympiads recognized by TÜBİTAK,
k) Candidates who scored at least 60 in the Indonesian Ujian Nasional (UAN) or (UN) exam,
l) Candidates who have obtained at least 45 in the Kenya Certificate Of Secondary Education exam,
m) Iranian high school diploma grade (Diplome Debirestan) average of at least 12/20 and "Pishdaneshgahi"
Foreign applicants with a minimum grade of 12/20,
n) Candidates with High School Graduation Diploma (Belgium, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Bulgaria, Bulgaria, Netherlands, Hungary, Nigeria, Somalia, Russia, Moldova, Azerbaijan, Mongolia, Uzbekistan, Kazakhstan, Kyrgyzstan, Turkmenistan)
o) Candidates who have achieved 60% of the full grade of the high school graduation degree,
ö) Candidates who get at least 50 in Üsküdar University Proficiency Exam,
Note: Among the exams that will be used in the evaluation of the applications, there is no limit on the validity period of the exams that have the status of high school graduation exams (Abitur, International Baccalaureate, GCE, Tawjihi, etc.), but the validity period of the exams that have the status of university entrance exams (SAT, etc.) is two years.

If the candidate's application documents are approved, an application fee of 500 USD will be charged to issue an official acceptance letter. This non-refundable application fee will be deducted from the tuition fee if the candidate enrolls at Üsküdar University.

Visa Procedures
Students coming from abroad are required to have a Visa with Learning Legitimization in order to study. For this purpose, acceptance letters can be issued to students whose applications are accepted.
Language of Instruction and Foreign Language Preparatory Education
Students enrolled in departments at the University where foreign language preparatory education is compulsory are subjected to a foreign language proficiency and placement exam. Those who are successful in the foreign language proficiency exam, those who score at a level deemed sufficient by the University in an international foreign language exam, and those who have successfully completed foreign language preparatory education at another University before, whose documents are accepted by the relevant boards, start directly to the relevant department. Those whose foreign language level is not sufficient and who fail the foreign language proficiency exam continue the compulsory foreign language preparatory program organized by the University.
Students enrolled in departments whose medium of instruction is Turkish are obliged to improve their Turkish by taking Turkish courses.
Documents required for final registration
1- The original high school diploma and the "Certificate of Equivalence" to be obtained from the Turkish Embassy or Consulate in their country or the Ministry of National Education of the Republic of Turkey or the Directorates of the Ministry of National Education in the provinces, showing that the high school diploma is equivalent to the diplomas obtained from Turkish high schools,
2- Original exam certificate,
3- Photocopy of the candidate's passport (the study visa must be processed),
4- Foreign national identification number,
5- 6 passport size photographs
