As the Directorate of Human Resources, in line with our people-centred institutional vision, we regard it as our fundamental responsibility to manage, develop and advance our university’s academic and administrative human resources in the most effective manner within a sustainable organisational structure. 

In line with our university’s mission to “cultivate virtuous individuals who produce, disseminate, and serve society through science, guided by the principle of excellence in education, teaching, and research”, the Directorate of Human Resources treats “human resources” – the most crucial element in realising this mission – as a strategic asset. 

With this approach, our key priorities include attracting the right talent to the institution, supporting staff development, establishing a fair management culture based on merit, and conducting all personnel processes in a transparent, measurable and sustainable manner. 

As the Directorate of Human Resources, we develop innovative human resources policies that guide the institution’s development and unlock the potential of its staff. In this process, by embracing digital transformation and data-driven management, we are working to establish an effective, efficient, and sustainable human resources infrastructure. 

Furthermore, as the Directorate of Human Resources, we continue to support the university’s growth and its structure that contributes to society through a sustainable human resources management system that strengthens institutional culture, enhances employee satisfaction, and is based on merit and ethical values.

HUMAN RESOURCES POLICY

We aim for our employees to work in a safer environment and to be more sensitive to the environment and nature with the Occupational Safety trainings we organize periodically for all our staff.
