Purpose of the Department of Construction and Technical Affairs;
To ensure that the construction, survey-project, technical maintenance-repair, building inspection and site investigations of our university are organized in a healthy way, daily services are carried out and finalized.
Duties and Responsibilities;
- To coordinate the project design of buildings and facilities in line with the development of our university,
- To prepare feasibility reports for all kinds of works that require technical examination and project design,
- Preparing tender files, making and finalizing the tender,
- To carry out technical supervision of the tendered works, to issue progress payments, to accept the finished works,
- To carry out maintenance and repair works of the buildings, and to ensure the management and administration of technical personnel,
- To determine all kinds of infrastructure needs and to carry out activities to ensure uninterrupted provision,
- To prepare, present and follow up the investment budget of the University,
- To eliminate and follow up all problems in the functioning of buildings and facilities.
