She was born on July 27, 1975 in Coburg/ Germany. She finished her primary, secondary and high school education in Germany and in Mersin. Dr. Erdoganoglu, graduated from the Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation of the Faculty of Medical Sciences of Hacettepe University in 1998. That same year, she began working at Yeni Doğuş Physical and Cognitive Rehabilitation Center for Disabled Children. In December 2000, she started working in Hacettepe University Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. She finished her master science program in September 2006 and her thesis entitled is “Interpretation of Health-Related Quality of Life in Children with Cerebral Palsy and Their Families, University of Hacettepe, Health Sciences Institute, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Program”. She worked in Asklepios Klinik Weserbergland (Fachklinik für Neurologische, Orthopädische und Geriatrische Rehabilitation und Therapiezentrum für Neuromuskuläre Erkrankungen) Höxter, Hannover, Germany and Evangelische Krankenhaus Holzminden, Hannover, Germany as a researcher in for 2.5 months in 2006. In 2009, she participated in the ESMAC gait analysis course in London. She worked in the organization team 3D Gait and Movement Analysis Laboratory in Hacettepe University, Department of Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation. In 2011, she completed her thesis entitled “The investigation of the effectiveness of Transversus Abdominus and Multifidus Muscle Training on patients with low back pain in Physical Treatment and Rehabilitation. Hacettepe University, Institıute of Health Sciences, Physiotherapy and Rehabilitation Program” and graduated her doctoral degree. In April 2012, she started working in Okan University, School of Health Sciences Department of Physiotherapy as an assistant professor. Yıldız Erdoğanoğlu worked of the year 2014-2015, in Biruni Istanbul University, Faculty of Health Sciences, Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Department and Occupational Therapy Department. She currently studies on the techniques of rehabilitation after anterior cruciate ligament injuries, spine health, gait and motion analysis, orthopedic rehabilitation.She enjoys music, trecking, pilates, canyoning, fitness and likes to travel.
