Born in Ankara, 1979. She completed her undergraduate education as the department third in the Department of Business Administration of Başkent University. She completed her master's degree in Hospital Management at Gazi University and she is studying doctorate at Okan University Health Institutions Administrative Department Doctorate Program. Çiçek, who is in charge of administrative affairs in various hospitals, is fluent in English.
