Born in İstanbul in 1967, Nurullah Yücel graduated from İstanbul University Cerrahpaşa Faculty of Medicine in 1993. He served as a physician at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality Health and Hygiene Center. He continues his master’s in Üsküdar University Health Sciences Institute in the Department of Occupational Health and Safety.
