Assistant Professor İbrahim Mert TOPÇUBAŞI was born in 1974. He completed his undergraduate education at İstanbul University Faculty of Dentistry in 1997. He completed his Ph.D. in 2003 at Istanbul Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Dental Diseases and Treatment. İbrahim Mert TOPÇUBAŞI works as an Assistant Professor in the Oral and Dental Health Program of Üsküdar University Vocational School of Health Services.
