Tumer, a 1989 graduate of the METU Faculty of Architecture, Department of Architecture, is a Class A OHS specialist. He took a break from his academic studies after his doctorate on Design Criteria for Smart and Energy Efficient Buildings. He worked as a "Project & Construction Manager" in many countries such as Iraq, Iran, Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Azerbaijan, Georgia. After returning to Turkey in the 2000s, he continued his consultancy services in schools and energy buildings in Eastern and Southeastern Anatolia. As a faculty member of the Occupational Health and Safety Department, Dr. Öğr. Its member Esin Tümer teaches at the undergraduate and graduate levels and manages the Master's Theses in the Engineering-Security Section. Tümer has presentations and studies at National and International Congresses, Seminars, Symposiums, Workshops, and has papers and articles in scientific publications. Tümer, who has a book he wrote, is also a Class A Occupational Safety Specialist and has been writing a column for 3 years in the field of "construction-real estate and OHS" in the column "I'm Traveling Your Home" in the Economy Page of Habertürk Newspaper.
