Lecturer Akbey Elçi was born in Izmir. After completing his primary and secondary education in İzmir, he entered Pamukkale University Mechanical Engineering Department. While studying Mechanical Engineering, he started Anadolu University, Department of Business Administration and finished both at the same time, and then completed the Associate Degree of Electrical Energy Production, Transmission and Distribution.
