Ahmet Reşat SARAOĞLU, Ph.D

Born in Gediz / Kütahya in 1955, Ahmet Reşat Saraoğlu graduated from Istanbul University Faculty of Law in 1980. In 1982, he completed his master's degree in public law education at İstanbul University. In 1990, he completed his second master's degree in Ataturk's Principles and History of Turkish Revolution. In 1995, he completed his second undergraduate education at İstanbul University, Department of Foreign Language Education (French). In 2003, he completed his doctoral studies in Ataturk's Principles and History of Revolution History at Yıldız Technical University and received the title of “Doctor”. Saraoğlu's second doctoral degree in Public Law is ongoing and he is a lecturer at Yıldız Technical University, Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences.
